What is the official means of communication within the community?
Townsq.com is the only official means of communication. No other site, including this one, nor any form of social media are officially sanctioned by Hilltop. Townhome owners have only one Townsq account while Condominium owners have two Townsq accounts, one for the Condominium Association and one for the Master Association.
General Hilltop communication is typically posted to the Master Association account for all owners to view and Condominium specific communication is generally only posted to the Condominium accounts of Condominium owners. Despite the separate systems, board members can and have collaborated to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
