Can I put up a storm door?
Yes, the following was approved in April 2021 by both the Condo Board and the Master Board.
Following is a listing of screen/storm doors approved for use by the Hilltop at Cedar Grove Condominium Association Inc. (the “Condo Association”) for Condominiums and the Hilltop at Cedar Grove Master Association, Inc. (the “MHOA”) for Townhomes.
Condominiums:
Norfolk: Front and Patio Door Larson Model #149-FVE or #146 FVE 3080 White.
Alternate Patio: Larson Brisa rolling screen White (not recommended for use with large pets or small children)
Yale: Front Door: Larson Model #149-FVE or #146 FVE 3080 White
Fairfield: Larson Model #350-17 3068 White
Townhomes:
Haverford and Claremont: Front Door Larson Model #149-FVE 3080 or #146 FVE Black, with white Mullion extensions.
Pratt and Colby: Front Door Larson Model #149-FVE Black
Pratt and Colby Patio: Door Larson Model #149-FVE or #146 FVE 3080 White.
Alternate Patio: Larson Brisa rolling screen White (not recommended for use with large pets or small children)
Hardware color is required to match the existing door hardware color, either black or Nickel.
If one of the approved doors, limited to only the approved doors, is ordered from Lowes, no pre-approval is needed form either board, however, a notice along with a copy of the invoice must be supplied to the management office upon completion of the job. No self-installed doors are permitted.
If any supplier/contractor other than Lowes is used, the owner must contact management for an Architectural Review Form and submit a complete application to the respective board for approval.
